Parking charges
The permit price is worked out by the vehicle’s CO2 emissions, or the engine size for vehicles registered before 1 March 2001.
For a resident permit a surcharge is added to the second and third permit at the property. For all permits a surcharge is added for a diesel vehicle. You can find the vehicle details on the Registration Certificate (logbook) or DVLA website.
