Whitechapel business cost reduction project
As a part of the Whitechapel Town Centre Management Programme, we have appointed business savings and support experts Place Support Partnership (PSP) to deliver a small business cost reduction pilot project. The project will take place over a 6 month period.
What does the project involve?
Whitechapel town centre business owners that are within the designated town centre area will receive free cost saving support from experts. They can provide specialist advice and support in several areas, including:
- Electricity
- Gas
- Insurance
- Merchant Terminal and Transaction Fees for your card machines
- Mobiles, fixed lines and broadband services
- Water
Who is this project for?
This free project is available to:
- Any business (not market traders) trading within the designated Whitechapel Town Centre Management Programme area that are registered to pay business rates.
- Businesses that would like support, advice and training on managing their costs.
- Businesses that would like to save on their bills.

The deadline for all applications is the 30 April 2024.
