Visitor vouchers

You can now get virtual visitor vouchers online.

If you have already been approved for visitor vouchers, log in to activate them.

During Covid-19, we have decided to extend the additional visitor vouchers to help our residents who live in car free properties through these difficult times. This voucher works in the same way but must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Documents you will need to apply

You must include one proof of current address. Vouchers are issued free of charge to residents who have a daily carer or aged 60+ , so you must also include one proof of age or proof of carer document.

Proof of residency document

  • UK driving licence (including a provisional or paper licence)
  • Council tax letter for current tax year
  • Department for Work and Pensions letter for the current tax year
  • Gas, electric or telephone landline bill dated within 12 weeks of your application.

Proof of age document

  • UK Driving Licence (including a provisional or paper licence)
  • Passport
  • Department for Work and Pensions letter for the current tax year 
  • 60+ London Oyster card.
  • Birth Certificate
  • State Pension Document

Proof of carer document

UK Registration Certificate (V5C) or insurance policy to show that the carer lives at a different address, and one document showing the current tax year from the list below:

  • Attendance Allowance Letter
  • Disability Living Care Allowance Letter
  • Personal Independence Payment Daily Living Component Letter.

How do I get visitor vouchers?

  1. To apply for any permit, you must first register and then set up an online account.
  2. After you register you will receive an email with a link to verify your email address.
  3. You then need to set up an online account. Make sure you select ‘Resident’ as the customer type.
  4. Select the right visitor voucher type – paid or free (over 60s or carer).
  5. You will then need to complete each section and upload your documents.
  6. After you submit your application it will be checked within three working days.
  7. You can only buy or get free vouchers after we approve your application.

Activating visitor vouchers

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the buy/use tab.
  3. You need to buy or obtain vouchers to let you activate them.
  4. If you have already bought or obtained vouchers then you can activate them.
  5. Once you have bought the vouchers, you will need to activate them by filling in your visitor’s vehicle registration and the time. Make sure you enter the vehicle registration correctly.
  6. Activated vouchers can be deactivated before the start time.
  7. You will not receive a voucher to display on the vehicle.  Instead, parking officers will be able to check on the system if a vehicle has a valid voucher.
