Tower Hamlets Schools

The holiday childcare scheme works in partnership with all Tower Hamlets schools. A number of schools host the holiday childcare scheme at various times of the year.  

Short Breaks

Parent/carers whose children require additional support can apply for funded places through the Tower Hamlets children with disabilities, short breaks team.

Places are offered to children who meet their eligibility criteria. For more information on how to apply for a funded place please email short.breaks@towerhamlets.gov.uk.

Young carers

We work in partnership with Tower Hamlets Young Carers to help provide respite for young carers. For more information please contact Sorrel Norwood, Young Carers Participation Worker.

Felix Project and Community Food Enterprise

The food poverty charity The Felix Project, and Community Food Enterprise deliver food to the Holiday Childcare schemes.

Allowing families to collect food to take home during the school holidays. Food is available to collect in the reception area.
