Mail forwarding

Mail forwarding businesses provide a postal address for their clients, either holding the mail for collection or sending it on to another address

Section 75 of the Act is in force in Tower Hamlets. Mail forwarding or holding businesses in the borough must

• register with Trading Standards
• keep records about their clients
• allow Trading Standards and the Police to inspect those records. 

Failure to comply with section 75 is a criminal offence.
