Welfare advice

Free, confidential, independent bilingual advice service in English and Bengali. We help with welfare rights, benefits, housing and debt. We can assist you with form completion or advocate for you by phone or in writing.

We cannot provide advice on appeals or immigration issues.

Legal support

We offer free legal advice on housing, welfare benefits, consumer issues, contracts, and employment.

However, our clinics cannot assist with:

  • settlement agreements
  • immigration
  • family law
  • crime
  • debt matters.

We also do not take on casework or represent clients at tribunals or court.

This service is for individuals with an annual salary of £50,000 or below. We aim to help those who cannot afford legal representation.
