Drop in sessions

For pressing matters with which you require assistance (such as basic advice, composing a letter or ringing someone on your behalf), each of our locations has “drop-in” sessions during specific days of the week. These include:

Drop-in sessions cater for the local community within Tower Hamlets only. Limehouse Project will aim to assist with urgent enquires effectively within tight deadlines. Drop-in sessions are programmed at 20 minutes maximum per client. Due to the high volume of clients, they operate on a strictly first-come first-serve basis. 

If the enquiry is not suitable for the drop-in sessions and requires further assistance staff members can put you on a waiting list to book a one-to-one appointment.

Tip: Please bring paperwork/letters related to the enquiry to avoid delay.

Highly trained and experienced Advice Team offer confidential and impartial one-to-one advice and guidance in English and Bengali on:

Please note that once you have contacted Limehouse Project to book an appointment, you will be placed on a waiting list. You will be contacted to arrange an appointment at a mutually convenient time to see an adviser. 

As well as delivering advice services on site, our Advice Team also works closely with a number of other delivery partners to ensure we are available to offer expert help and guidance at a number of locations in Tower Hamlets for the local community. Please see below.
