Impersonation fraud alert

We have received reports of people impersonating officers in the collection of  premises licence annual fee.

When officers visit they will never take cash payment and will only direct you to pay through our pay it page.

If you have any concerns you can email us at licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk to check status of your licence.

Officers from Parkguard or Licensing Authority will have photo ID if they visit to chase fees.
