We've put together a list that gives you a flavour of all of the licenced venues in the area - if you see one you like, you'll be able to find more information on their websites.

Once you have chosen your perfect London venue, arrange a registrar from our team to officiate your ceremony by heading to our booking page (you can only book the registrars through us if you are not marrying in St Georges Town Hall. You must book the space with the venue directly if your ceremony is in an approved venue.

Arts Pavilion, Mile End Park

The Arts Pavilion provides one of the most unspoiled and exclusive wedding venues in East London, ideal for those couples looking to escape the crowds. It's a stunning gallery space with a glass frontage that overlooks a small lake and is buried in a grass bank. The first impression of this building is the light flooding in and its large imposing support structures lend it a contemporary feel.

The building is completely accessible to those with disabilities and has a capacity of 260.

Canary Riverside Plaza

Overlooking the River Thames, this elegant five star hotel in the heart of Canary Wharf is a unique and contemporary setting for corporate gatherings, social events, weddings or private dinners. 

The Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel has 200 dinner and 300 reception capacity.

Dickens Inn

Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre docklands centre

All in one venue with views over the serene waters of Millwall dock and options to suit every need; from BBQ to silver service. The alpine-inspired clubhouse is full of character, with exposed beams and floor to ceiling glass windows.

The centre has 120 dinner capacity and 200 buffet and is wheelchair accessible.

The Pelligon

With your choice of entrance ranging from the glistening waters of the dockside to the glass revolving doors, expectant guests will be wowed by breath taking views of the Main Hall. Featuring an Italian marble floor and beech wood panelling underneath a 27m arched glass atrium.

The Pelligon is a weekend only venue with rooms ranging from 40-500 capacity, and is fully accessible. 

Ecology Pavilion, Mile End Park Ecology pavilion

Situated amongst the picturesque lakes and reed beds of Mile End Park, the Ecology Pavilion provides an ideal large contemporary space within natural wild surroundings for those seeking a venue that offers tranquillity, beauty and exceptional value at the very heart of the East End.

This space can accommodate up to 220 guests and is wheelchair accessible.

Hilton London Canary Wharf 

West India Ballroom Social

The Hilton Canary Wharf overlooks the charming West India Dock in the centre of Canary Wharf. The main Quayside Suite Ballroom is dressed neutrally, allowing you to add your own style and personality.

Queen Mary's has two venues, one with a 100 capacity and one up to 220 banquet style.

A unique Grade II listed building, nestled in the heart of London's Whitechapel. Built to resemble a manorial house in Elizabethan style.

Although much of the original site was destroyed during World War II, both of the stunning halls remain. It's undergone redevelopment to add fresh and modern accents to the building's historic charm.

Trinity Buoy Wharf

Trinity Buoy Wharf  has all the charm, character and space of a former working dock, including London’s only lighthouse, Container City, Fat Boys Authentic American Diner and the range of historic buildings provide the perfect backdrop to wedding photographs as well as being a talking point amongst the guests.

This venue has up to 300 dinner dance capacity and a 2am licence for night owls.

The Troxy

If you're looking for something totally different, this Grade II listed live music venue, with it's original art deco features, could be the one for you. It also has a late license until 2am for those of you looking to party into the small hours.

The Troxy has capacity for weddings is from 680 to 1000 and provides full accessibility information.

Staging your wedding at Wilton’s gives you exclusive use of the whole building, covering the bars, the Victorian staircase, and the Hall with its famous barley-twist columns - perfect for your ceremony, wedding breakfast and with plenty of space for dancing!

Wilton's capacity starts from 140 for a sit down meal to 250 for a standing reception.
