- Monday, 3 to 5pm, Multi Sports (two sessions daily) - Whitechapel Sports Centre E1 5BA
- Wednesday, 10am to 2pm (four sessions daily) - John Orwell LC – E1W 2QD
- Thursday, 10am to 2pm (four sessions daily) - George Green School - E14 3DW
- Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 3pm (four sessions daily) - CKC Communicaty Hub – E1 2JA
