Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care

IPSPC is a free service that helps local residents find jobs. Employment specialists offer information, advice and personalised support to help people get and stay in work.

Who can use this service?

Residents in Tower Hamlets with physical or mental disabilities defined by the Equality Act 2010 can apply.

You must live in Tower Hamlets and have worked for six months or be interested in working.

What support can IPSPC provide?

• 1:1 support with an employment specialist to find a suitable job
• Unlimited in-work support
• Support for both employers and employees to sustain job placement
• Help employers make reasonable workplace adjustments

IPSPC is funded by the Department for Work & Pensions. This funding will help residents secure and remain in employment.
