Early Help Training programme

Our vision for Early Help is that every family should get the right support at the right time to ensure that needs are addressed quickly; thus, preventing further escalation or crises; and ensuring that resources are put to the best possible use. We aim to be a force that transforms lives through becoming change agents.

We recognise that people are our most valued resource and have developed a range of training and resources that will strengthen family support capacity across the partnership; building a multi-skilled workforce that is equipped to identify and support families with a range of issues.

As we emerge from the pandemic, we continue to adapt and develop services that deliver exceptional services, working in collaboration with our families.

Adult educationWe will be innovative, dynamic and responsive in how we deliver training; ensuring a blend of online, face to face, e-learning and distance learning methods are available to develop and support the workforce.

The multi-agency training programme:

  • is accessible to all professionals that work with children, young people and their families in Tower Hamlets
  • promotes interagency collaboration essential to the ethos of Early Help
  • promotes multi-agency partnership working and learning which encourages networking and information sharing.
  • aims to build a workforce that is confident, capable and resilient and supports and motivates leaders and managers.

Details of all training courses can be found in our Early Help Multi-Agency Training Programme
