Food Waste

You should have received a cardboard caddy and compostable caddy liners.

If you want to replace your cardboard caddy for a plastic caddy, they are available for free from Whitechapel or Bow Idea Store.

Compostable caddy liners can be bought online or at most grocery stores. You can also line your kitchen caddy with newspaper instead.

If your permanent kitchen caddy is broken or damaged, you can use any type of household container like an ice cream tube.

Remove your food waste in the caddy liner and put it in the food waste unit found on the pavement outside your house. It will look like one of these:

You can put food waste in these at any time.
