Voucher books

Market Services operates a voucher system for temporary traders to book pitches.  Books of daily vouchers are available from the Markets Services office for all markets (excluding Whitechapel Road). 

Online accounts

In Whitechapel market we are rolling out our new online system replacing vouchers.

To book a pitch in Whitechapel temporary traders need to top up their online account.  To top up their online accounts traders will need to either come in person or phone the markets office to make payment using chip and pin. 

Advance bookings and on the day booking of pitches in Whitechapel Market will not be possible without sufficient funds in your online account

In addition, a reduced rate regeneration offer is available for new market traders to Tower Hamlets at selected markets. The offer is available for a three month period from the temporary license’s date of issue.
