Learn and improve on all the disciplines of athletics: sprints and endurance running, throws and jumps.
Participants will receive a free healthy lunch under the Holiday Activity and Food Programme funding provided.
To wear: Tracksuit / jogging bottoms/ shorts and trainers should be worn
To bring: Snacks and a refillable water bottle which can be refilled throughout the day. If parents wish to provide extra healthy snacks, feel free to do so.
