CA House offers functional room hire and is an ideal venue for:

Facilities
Facilities include an onsite bar with catering options, which can be tailored to each booking. There is a range of additional AV equipment available if required, along with step-free facilities and onsite parking.
The full Assembly Room
The full Assembly Room overlooks the Limehouse Marina and is ideal for parties or large gatherings of up to 95 people. It offers a dance floor, dockside terrace and sound system.
The half Assembly Room
The half Assembly Room is ideal for lectures and presentations and has a built-in projector and can accommodate 60 people comfortably in theatre style.
The Council Room
The Council Room on the first floor offers a more formal boardroom setting, with spectacular views of the marina and can accommodate 15 people.
