Star-studded festival of music and entertainment returns to Victoria Park

In the Neighbourhood will feature amazing performances and activities

Our award-winning Vicky Park will host the renowned All Points East festival when it returns for two impressive weekends of music and entertainment from Friday 16 August.

The first headliner of the year will be Kaytranada, on Friday 16 August. Loyle Carner will take to the stage on 17 August, Mitski headlines on Sunday 18 August,  then, on Friday 23 August, LCD Soundsystem will top the bill. 

Field Day will be taking over the park on Saturday 24 August with a headline performance from Justice, and then on Sunday 25 AugustThe Postal Service/ Death Cab for Cutie will be headlining, all joined by many more.

In the Neighbourhood

Once again, we have partnered with All Points East festival organisers, to host free community festival In The Neighbourhood which returns to Victoria Park from Monday 19 August to Thursday 22 August, with a vibrant programme of free activities and entertainment for the local community and beyond.

From outdoor cinema, live music and entertainment and street food to pop up bars, theatre, arts, sports and wellbeing, children’s activities and much more, families and residents of all ages and backgrounds can enjoy the best that east London has to offer with amazing performances and activities from locally sourced arts organisations, creatives and suppliers.

Entry is free, tickets are not required. Just turn up! Participation in some activities will be on a first come served basis.

Win All Points East tickets

The council and promoters of Uber One presents All Points East 2024 are giving Tower Hamlets residents the chance to win tickets to the renowned music festival.

We have 11 pairs of VIP tickets to give away to Tower Hamlets residents per festival day.

To be in with a winning chance, answer the following question:

Q. When is the free community festival In the Neighbourhood returning to Victoria Park this year?  

  1. 1 to 4 December 2024
  2. 2 to 5 September 2024
  3. 19 to 22 August 2024

The competition closes at 1pm on Friday 12 July 2024. Winners will be picked at random and notified after the closing date.

Terms and conditions

  1. One entry per household.
  2. Entrants must enter on one platform only. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  3. Winners will be drawn at random and will receive a pair of tickets.
  4. You must give the name and email address of one of the people who will be attending.
  5. Names and email addresses must be correct and cannot be changed after your ticket draw entry has been received.
  6. Entrants must have a Tower Hamlets post code
  7. Winners will be sent their tickets by email. We are unable to mail out paper tickets
  8. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
  9. We are unable to exchange the tickets for any other event day.
  10. The ticket draw is subject to the events not being affected by cancellation.
  11. A number of age restrictions apply to Uber One presents All Points East 2024.
  12. Entry into the festival will be subject to the festival terms and conditions available on the All Points East website.
  13. Tower Hamlets Council cannot take responsibility for undelivered emails
  14. Winners of any other Tower Hamlets Council All Points East 2024 draw or competition are exempt from this draw for All Points East 2024 tickets.
