Once downloaded, open the app, you will land on the welcome page.
Click on the Get Started icon as showing on the image below.
To access your Organisation, click on the arrow to open the code box and type the registration code. Insert the registration code is – LBTHREG (all capitals and no space)
Once verified, you need to click on Log in – single sign on.
Input your details as username and password same used to access the Bridge – check below for more information on username and password. Your username will be your Corporate email address and the same password used to access the Bridge. Click on Use a verification code from the Authenticator App.
Click on Use a verification code from the Authenticator App.
Keep MyView app open and switch to the Authenticator App.
On the Authenticator App. Click and copy the One-time password. The One-time password changes at every 30 seconds. The 6-digit code needs to be entered on MyView App. If you take more than 30 seconds to copy and add the code to MyView app, it will show invalid, and you will need to try this step again.
The screen showing your email and password will load to verify your identity, you need to add the code from the Authenticator app. Once this process is completed, you will have access to the App Dashboard. If you take more than 30 seconds to copy and add the code to MyView app, it will show invalid, and you will need to try the step again.
Note: If you receive the notification below, you need to read the Terms of Use for LBTH for BYOD (Bring your own device) and then click on Accept. If you try to click on Accept before clicking on the terms of use, you will receive a notification (on the right image) asking to read the terms of use first before clicking on accept.
Once this step is over, your device may ask you to use the same login information you use to unlock your device.
If you have biometric set up (fingerprint or face ID) you can enable this method for future sign-ins.
You will now see your HR Self-Service (HRSS) Dashboard, the Registration process is now finished.
