The Phoenix Fund: Children and Youth Round 3

Nonprofits can apply for a share of £2.2 million. This funding aims to prevent violence and support Black and minority youth.

The grants support educational programs, mentorship, and community activities. They also fund mental health services and safety initiatives. Overall, this financial aid covers project setup and operation costs, ensuring effective execution.

Eligibility

  • 70 per cent of your organisation or group's leadership must be from Black and/or racially minoritised communities.
  • Your organisation must have an annual budget of less than £150,000.
  • Organisations applying can be any of the following:
    • registered
    • unregistered
    • incorporated
    • unincorporated
    • un-constituted or newly formed group.
  • Children and young people supported must be under the age of 18 and from Black and/or racially minoritised communities.
  • Your project must aim to reduce the likelihood of children and young people becoming involved in violence.

Funding amount

There is £2,000,000 available in this round for project funding of between £30,000 to £50,000 for one year.
